Chloe and I will be doing a Memory Walk & (not a) Jog to raise funds for people with dementia.
Chloe and I are taking part in the Virtual Grant McBride Memory Walk & Jog.
On September 25, we will be keeping active and raising funds to support people impacted by dementia.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
