Once again I'm doing the MW&J to raise awareness & funds for Dementia research. This year will be a little more difficult walking 5 kms post shoulder surgery BUT I am going to do it as this cause is close to my heart for many reasons.

Did you know that of the 433,300 people living with dementia 63% are women. This figure is projected to reach 812,500 in 2054 - I'll be 84 then so a good chance it could be me or even you.
