We are raising money for Dementia Australia in honour of my mum - Vicki ❤️
On Saturday, 3 May, we’ll be joining the Bendigo Memory Walk & Jog to show our love and help Dementia Australia. This is a charity close to my heart as unfortunately I lost my mother to early onset dementia. She was diagnosed at 55 years old and taken way too soon in life at 61 years old! Seeing my mum - Vicki go through this illness was heartbreaking, an emotional rollercoaster with no answers or reasons why it had chosen her or options to stop it from happening. Dementia Australia were a great support during this time and helped our family as much as they could which I am very grateful to have received and would like to assist in raising money for them to keep helping families get through this and work towards answers, more information and hopefully one day a cure 🤞
Please give your support!
Did you know that 1.5 million carers, family members and friends are involved in the care of someone living with dementia in Australia. That's why we're hoping to raise as much money as possible. We'll be walking, jogging, and running to stop dementia in its tracks.
We'd love you to join us on the day, but if you can't, a generous donation will help provide vital services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to find a cure.
Together we can achieve a lot. That's why your donation will mean the world to us.
We're all grateful for any amount you can give.
"All the best in raising funds for a very worth while illness"
